FIC INTEGRATED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. (FIC IPM) was established on 11 May 2016 is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a subsidiary company of Felda Investment Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (FIC). FIC IPM serves as a trusted consultant and advisor for Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) and primarily focuses on Project Management Consultancy services for all projects initiated by FELDA Group including GLCs, state government agencies and private sectors especially in infrastructure, property development, asset management, engineering consultancy as well as utility operations.
FIC IPM’s head office is located at Balai FELDA, Kuala Lumpur and it has 11 site offices branches located all over Malaysia nearby FELDA regional offices. FELDA is the government entity for the development of land and relocation initiatives with the objective of eradicating poverty among settlers and to enhance the socio-economic and quality of life which bridges the gap between urban and suburban areas. FIC IPM has established with a solid foundation on strategies, values, integrity, and commitment. The main goal is to provide shareholders and investors with competitive and long-lasting returns.
FIC IPM operates in various divisions in Project Operations including Engineering Services, Property Management Services and Facility Management Services. Furthermore, Strategic Operations is also involved in supporting the company to ensure smooth operations of the Project Operations team. FIC IPM commenced full operations in Sabah on 1 July 2017, overseeing the management of Utility Operations for FELDA Water Treatment Plants and Power Plants situated at FELDA Wilayah Sahabat, FELDA Umas and FELDA Kalabakan in Sabah.
