Felda Investment Corporation Sdn Bhd (FIC) was founded in July 2013 under the Companies Act 1965 (now superseded by the Companies Act 2016) in Malaysia. As a fully owned subsidiary of FELDA (Federal Land Development Authority), FIC serves as the investment arm of the organization, with a primary mission to generate profitable and sustainable returns for its shareholder. Unlike FELDA’s traditional plantation-based business, FIC strategically focuses on diversifying its portfolio through non-plantation sectors. Key areas of emphasis include hospitality, property development, and other high-potential investments, all aimed at ensuring long-term financial growth and stability
